Christmas Eve. A night for a lean dinner. I substituted cherry tomatoes in this recipe that I learned from a favorite restaurant that calls for Piennolo tomatoes and pantry ingredients. It takes me from my apartment in Firenze to Sant’Anastasia and memories of past Christmases. And an amazing ex-voto museum. Buone Feste.
